What is your refund policy?

There is a 48 hour refund policy. Please get in touch with us no later than 48 hours before the start time of the tour you wish to cancel. If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour’s start time there are no refunds or exchanges.

What is your rescheduling policy?

Tickets can be rescheduled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour, and may only be rescheduled one time. In the case of extreme weather (blizzard, superstorm, hurricane, or the like) or in the case of unforeseen circumstances we will notify you to issue a refund or to reschedule.

Do tours still go ahead as scheduled in the rain?

Our tours take place whether it’s rain (or snow) or shine. Just be sure to check the weather, dress appropriately, and bring an umbrella. We reserve the right to cancel a tour in the case of extreme weather and will notify you to issue a refund or to reschedule.

Is there a maximum group size?

We like to have no more than 10 people in a group to keep the tours personal and intimate.

Do you offer private tours?

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, you should schedule your tour and buy tickets in advance on the website.

Are gratuities included in the ticket price?

Gratuities are not included in the ticket price but if you enjoyed the tour and liked your guide, they’re always appreciated!

What happens if I’m late?

The tour starts promptly at the scheduled time so please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

What happens if I miss my scheduled tour? Can I show up to the next one?

No. Your ticket is only good for the time and date you selected.

What should I wear?

We will be walking a fair amount so comfortable shoes are recommended and you should check the forecast and wear clothes appropriate for the weather.

Will there be a restroom stop?

Yes, there will be one bathroom break halfway through the tour.

CAN I bring my dog?

Yes! Well-behaved fur babies are welcome to join the tour, but please contact us 48 hours before your scheduled start time so we can make sure the other guests are okay with having a pup come along.
